Rien à redire sur le service du matin. Les employés sont souriant et très accueillant. Cependant en soirée, l'établissement est supposé fermer à 21h. Pourquoi est-ce que quand on entre à 20h30 on se fait dire que c'est fermer et que personne ne viendra nous servir ? Je trouve ça franchement inacceptable et ce n'est pas la première fois que ça m'arrive. Donc si vous voulez mon avis, allez-y durant la journée, le service y est excellent. Pour ce qui est d'y aller en soirée, n'importe quel autre commerce vous accueillera mieux que ça 30 min avant sa fermeture.
Really rude staff! One staff got my order wrong and refused to refund me my money :( I ordered a bowl of coriander and lime vegetable, but instead I got a small panini the one who took my order miss typed my order on her screen. she then apologies for her mistake and was about the refund me my money, but the one who made my order rudely declined to give me the bowl that I paid for. She told i had to pay for another bowl or to leave with the sandwich that I didn’t even ask for !!!! The way she talked to me was very insulting . This was the last straw. If you expect to receive messed up orders, come to this place :)
Service horrible le 15 mars 2024, Commandé à l’auto , musique sur leurs cellulaire comprend pas se qu’on leurs dit trop occuper à chanter et jaser au lieux de prendre les bon commande , couter 19$ pour deux fameux limonade glacer pour finalement me donner un smootie Retourner à l’école l’éducation ce n’est pas pour tout le monde
Bagel bruler Sandwich a la dinde bruler A chaque fois Et quand tu dit qu’il sont bruler il sont pas content de te faire des autres au lieu de corriger leur erreur J’achète plus de ce Tim
The casier told me it was closed at 8:30 when it shows its closed at 12. Great service .
On rentre endedans puis le garçon à la caisse nous a dit qu’il etait fermé alors qu’il etait 8h15 et il est stipulé sur la porte qu’il ferme a 00h00, deplus il nous l’a dit sur un air bête et j’ajoute qu’il etait entrain de passer des gens a la caisse très ordinaire considérant leur raring
Just had a very disappointing drive-thru experience/customer service by 3 ladies. We ordered ice cap, French vanilla, chicken wrap, muffin and a donut before getting to the window. Once at the window, we asked if they could add 2 small pink lemonades, one large regular lemonade and 10 Tim bits to the order. We then paid and the girl at the window gives us 3 regular lemonades, when we said we asked for pink lemonade, she said there was none with a smirk…feel like she should’ve told us that their were none when we asked for them originally. We still took them. Waited in front of the window for the rest of the order (the wrap, donut, muffin) and a different older lady opens the window and says to us : IF YOU WANT TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE YOU NEED TO GO BACK AROUND and We explained that we literally were just waiting for the first part of our order !! She then got back in and another girl gave us the last items and we were starting to leave when she screamed : MR. CEST 16$!! So my boyfriend backed up and explained that he paid once and doesn’t understand why they didn’t include everything in the first payment. - I’ll tell you why, because all of those ladies were confused :/ None of them apologized for any of the little mistakes that were made throughout the interaction.
