When I ask for, and pay for, a large coffee, I expect to receive a large cup *full* of coffee. Instead, 4 out of 5 times I get a half-empty cup, literally half empty. Then they have the nerve to argue with me. F off.
Well we had come for lunch around 1 pm and the manager was telling three people, I'm pretty sure they were homeless, that they had to leave, I don't know how long they were there but considering it's the Tim Hortons by City Library it's quite common for people who might appear homeless sitting in the restaurant for long periods of time. So there were some heated words exchanged and 2 left the 3 person was told that they had to leave or they will call the cops. The person then yelled a bit, picked up a chair and threw it, then left. The manager who was a small woman did such a great job for standing up for her store. Other than that service was good and the staff was friendly.
Worst service and disrespectful staff. One of the dirtiest location as well. I was there today around 11 am to order from drive thru. I told the staff that I will get “2 separate orders” and I will also get the receipts because those receipts are for my work and I need to submit it to them. Once I get to the window, I picked up my orders and I have to follow up to them the receipts. They just gave me only 1 receipt and included the second separate order there. Which I told them that I need “2 separate receipts” because they’re 2 separate orders. The second staff kept on insisting her part that it was already separated and even told me I have to tell it to them before ordering. How come you will tell this thing to your customer? I just found them too lazy to do what they need to do. I told them I want to talk the supervisor and the person that was arguing with me was exactly the supervisor. What kind of leadership do you guys have? This is my second time I’ve experienced this kind of service from this location and that’s why I need to do something about it because the service and staff are getting really worst.
the service here is the worst! extremely slow and none of them does know how to redeem points. I came in this morning to redeem my points and they blame me for not having it work, where literally I have enough points to redeem. The woman even told me to wait on the side coz the other person is busy in the drive through. Management should know this and know how to be responsive of customer’s needs
Ordered bagel from this location. They served it burnt, which was quite disappointing! This greatly impacted me and left me feeling unsatisfied! Please pay close attention while serving food, somebody is supposed to eat it …which btw I can’t in this situation!
My gawd, the woman's washroom was absolutely atrocious! Your better to pop a squat in the bushes. Just nasty
