Staff at Tim hortons dont always listen to order i had to go back
Egg had a greenish tinge to it… needless to say I didn’t eat it.
I was just there, only one person serving at the counter and picking up, I have seen everything how the lady touches the food and the money and everything else with the same gloves, I have asked her to change her gloves to take my donuts. But she only took a role, pay attention to that please.
The worst customer service so far. The management and team before were top-notch. Now that the management and team have changed, all I do is wait and be ignored as they talk amongst themselves. They don't acknowledge you when you first come in. This is proper etiquette 101. I have, on many occasions, said hello before you get the rolled eyes, and then maybe you might get helped.
Drive-through was fairly slow service. Request a turkey club sandwich with no tomato. Went through drive-through gave me the sandwich and I left down the block. I realised there’s no bacon in my club sandwich so I drive back going to the store. They apologise and out of the bacon. Later, when I got to the hospital and started eating my sandwich, there was no sauce of any kind . Toasted dry bun with a piece of lettuce, turkey and bacon. Simple basics of making a sandwich and they couldn’t even do it. Will not be getting a sandwich from there, anytime in the future.
