Very rude customer service.

There was a lot of people working there today that moved the line right along good. Food and drinks were good.

Karnesha is Very nice girl she’s down to earth ! She helped me with everything I needed and has a good positive attitude! This is the type of workers we need in the morning !

The drive thru lady named TIFFANY was so rude and sarcastic. Very unprofessional with how she answered my questions. I asked to speak to the supervisor on duty and she was just defending Tiffany’s rudeness. TIFFANY clearly hates providing customer service or addressing customer’s questions. Why work for a customer service job if you got such terrible attitude? If you ever come across Tiffany at this Tim Hortons location, be prepared to experience the worst customer service.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Appreciated the " thank you and Have a great day" comments from the staff. 2/27/24 - This morning the visit went smoothly, a factor was my visit happened after the morning rush.
