What is the sense of asking for double toasted when you eat it it's like chewing on gum and the cream cheese was no good it was so bad you could taste it wasbad had to throw it away the lady looked me in the eye and assured me it was double toasted but the only bright side was the young man taking my order was and always a pleasure to deal with sad day in bagel town

I don't recommend it. I made a mistake with my order and asked her to remove the pork as I don't eat it as I am Muslim. She was very rude and didn't want to change the eggs she had put the ham on.

there's a rude lady who made my order. shouting at me , i heard her saying my order is there. she thinks im deaf. and she repeated my words i said yes.

most of the staff members are very nice and friendly but some of them are not, they are always busy that makes the coffee and baked goods always fresh, one of my favorite Tims Horton locations

Ordered 2 cappuccinos, fast and perfect service!

Staff is really rude. I don’t want to be mean but the young people are still fine. But, I had experience with other old female staff, they are really really rude. I’m their regular customer. So yesterday,I was giving order and that old lady told me my total after I ordered coffee. I wanted to order more. And then , I asked if the new red pepper toasts were veg as I don’t eat non veg or egg, she said she doesn’t know (very rudely). I started my morning because someone else was having bad day.. my whole day was very bad and demotivating that day.. Because if you are starting your day with yelling n rude note, how would you feel?? Teach your staff customer service. At least don’t spoil others mood who are coming to take food with their money. Or don’t work with this attitude.

Good Tim Hortons with decent service and they made our order very quickly and properly, even though the order was somewhat complicated. I also give this Tims props for being the only one I managed to score some wins in Roll Up to Win. My Iced Capp and Sandwich were well made. Only compliant is the lack of seating. I wish they had seating, but of course there is a food court right around the corner with a lot of seating as well.
