Everything is dirty, I can see behind where the workers are walking and the floor is full garbage moldy napkins, some not all but some of the employees are rude and not very smart with the whole menu like they don’t know what they sell the lady taking our order was laughing with her co-worker instead of properly taking our order and then gives us all the wrong things and not properly mixed beverages completely wrong sizes it’s no wonder because they are all talking together instead of working she also didn’t know how to speak English, like my girlfriend tried getting a job there but I guess they would rather hire incompetent people, like I’m not that smart I work as a diesel tech but they are just plain incompetent

Bref, à éviter comme la peste. Le Tim Horton dans le Plateau de Gatineau, service horrible, plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes, personnel non compétent, j'ai attendu 20 minutes pour un sandwich pour découvrir que la caissière a pris mon argent, mais n'a pas passé ma commande, donc le gars n'a jamais fais mon sandwich. Quand j'ai posé des questions, le gars me blâmait de ne pas m'être manifesté plus tôt, et l'incompètente à la caisse faisait semblant de ne pas savoir. Bref, à éviter comme la peste.

Have to say that the staff are the rudest I have encountered in a long time. My gf allows asks if they speak English and if they can't she tries in french and she can get by, but when she asked the woman if she spoke English she said NO. And then laughed at my gf when she tried in French. RUDE. When we pointed out that she was missing 1 out of the 3 donuts we ordered she seems pissed like it was our fault and didn't offer an apology or anything. Customer service is lower than 1 star for sure. When she gave our coffee she didn't mention what was what, when it was mixed with other peoples orders. Honestly not going back.

Les employés manque de formation mais ils font de leur mieux

I came to order a medium latte in the drive through. When I got to the window I decided to add a chocolate croissant. The window cashier requested permission from the manager SOULEYMANE refused to add an item to the order. The manager refused under argument that there is a timer and orders have to be served under one minute. I had to go around and come back to get my order. This is ridiculous. By trying to provide better and faster service the company is actually performing poorly by creating unsatisfied customers. And this kind of shift manager lack of common judgement.
