Very disappointed, this location serves wrong order not only once , in multiple occasion.

this location mostly provides wrong order. Multiple times I have been provided wrong order. I grab a french vanila with quarter cofee from this store and open when I reach the office then it turns out to be just a coffee.. staff talk nice but in terms of providing right order they are worst...

one time 2 years ago i ordered something from here and somehow my card got charged twice (the second charge being an hour after the first) so i called the bank and the guy on the phone accused me of ordering the same thing twice exactly an hour apart (basically insinuated i was a lying 🐳). food was aight would have given 5 stars if i didn’t get scammed and phat shamed 😞

Nice place to get some coffee and some donuts sandwiches aren't too bad depending on who's working now as usual a great place to grab a cup of coffee

Definitely don't get food at this location. As I was walking in, the guy making food brought out an order while still wearing his disposable food gloves. He went back inside, touching all of the door handles, and continued making food without changing his gloves. 😱🤮

Very disgusting behavior from one girl Jessa and another with her. In the drive thru. I ordered my ice cap and a bagel toasted. I got to the window. I she went ahead with the payment right away. I had my tim point card I told them yes when order started. At the window she talk to the other girl saying I said no to tim card. I told her I said yes I have. Then Jessa goes oh did you try scanning. An when I was trying to reply she closed the window on my face. She had a arrogant behavior. And if they don't value having a job. An have a proper service when someone being good. They need to hire someone else An replace both them. Also when I got my bagel it was not toasted.
