Raw bacon, untoasted bun and cold cheese is unacceptable. You lost my business!! Corporate you need to monitor these places. The only good consistent Tom Hortons is in Dearborn on Ford Rd.

The staff is short and rude. The food is subpar. They don't even explain or let you know that when you order certain items, they come with multiple options, not just one. The prices don't always match the menu on the drive thru. Overall not the best.

They're always out of something. They were out of bagels three times that I went there. Now they're out of sleeves and I'm having to hold burning hot coffee and it's burning my hands.

I asked for a caramel latte specifically with whip and caramel drizzle. They completely left that out. It was a simple request.
