My order is always wrong and the staff is always rude about it

Incredibly poor service EVERY time I go here. This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. This used to be my "go-to" Tim's, (I would drive past the Forest Hills location to go here), but now they constantly give the wrong products and are rude. The staff has zero customer service skills and take my money without giving me what I paid for. Regardless of the coffee size they add 1 pump of vanilla syrup. At most other Tim's it is done properly (I have ordered the same coffee for many years). Not at Caldwell rd though, no, they said one pump of vanilla syrup per coffee, as per their supervisor. The staff they currently have are terrible and I will not be going back to this location. I would give ZERO STARS if I could.

Very disappointment when I ordered a CHOCOLATE lava cookie and bit into it and it was made with Carmel. Thought maybe it was a one off so tried back today and nope ... still made with Carmel. Very very disappointed.

What can I say…been going there for years, and in the last 2-3 years, going there at 6:30, no timbits, no donuts, order a tea, and getting a coffee!! I’m sure there’s worse in HRM, but this one has to be close to the worse!!

Apparently this location just doesn't make stuff for supper time? I go hang out here while my daughter is in Sparks at the school (6:15 pm) and they rarely have much for food available and the last two times I've come they have either blatantly ignored me while only serving the drive-thru, or just completely missed that I was there. Going to have to find a new place to hang out while my daughter does her thing.
