I am always impressed by the kindness of the staff, the accuracy of my order, and the taste of both my food and drink. Always a happy customer.

I've been going to this Tim's for 7 years I've been living here, they have the best coffee around, but there morning workers are getting terrible, not just one or 2 but almost all them, I've been getting the same thing for years, and for the last 3 months this store has gone way down hill, I order a bacon and sausage wrap, with extra bacon and almost every time I'm having to go back because they don't ever make it right, I get just 1 peace of bacon or just sausage or farmers wraps, I watch them put it right on the screen and then I get this disappointing wrap, I have to go back waste gas to get my breakfast fixed, 2 times I had to go back twice, this is unacceptable and I think the morning staff need to go back to videos, so they can learn there job because they are wasting people's times. The afternoon staff is amazing and they always do a great job.

Updated review, march 2024 This used to be my fav Tim Hortons but now every time I go there I have to turn around and go back because they ALWAYS make my food wrong…. Last time I went I asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel, they put a cheese slice on it……. ? Today, I asked for extra bacon on my wrap, get home there is nothing but cheese and sauce in a wrap… no sausage no bacon, like this happens everyday. And they take 20 min to get you through the drive through. Honestly the worst tims in the city is this location.
