If you are going to get food at this location, make sure they have the ingredients when you order. The staff will not say they have shortages in the drive thru. They might mention they are out of bacon or that they just sold 6 hashbrowns to the car in front of you when you are at the window and have already paid. More often than not, you are already down Akerley before you notice. At that point, you are faced with returning to the nightmare that is their parking lot or settling for something you thought you ordered and didn't get. There are several other locations I will be going elsewhere. It is a Tim Hortons, semi trucks and contractors with trailers are common as they do not allow trailers through the drive through

Looks like this place was newly renovated. Well done to a nice, clean, well maintained place. The staff here are great too!

Worst Tim's ever. Order is never right. Very slow service. Even if I'm the only one in the drive thru with a simple coffee order it will still be wrong

I went through thdrive through. Ordered a sausage farmers wrap, a donut and a vanilla late and some other things. Firs of all they didn't give us the wrap or the donut, went inside to receive our missing items and then I come to find my wrap has no sausage and my latte has no vanilla...

Food quality is ok. Location is clean and tidy. I ask for them to pay attention to my order every time and it is never communicated. The staff are very busy but most are not polite. When the order is not correct I get the blank stare or eye roll. It is very disappointing the orders need to be done at counter for ANY chance for my order to be correct. There are many other locations that I can say are better than this one. Parking: Parking lot flow for walkins is very poor.

This is the worst Tim’s I ever been to they are so slow and and forget to give you your food I waited over 10 mins and I was second in line.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee with a sausage-bacon farmers wrap.paid the full 9.90 for it. Coffee was right but I was given a sausage wrap. No bacon. No hash brown. And 2$ less than what I actually paid for. Didn't even bother answering the phone so I could explain their mistake.
