Got a good breakfast from here this morning.

The worst so far , never get order right . You can tell them 3 times and still can't.

They don’t take Amex anymore ☹️

It was a great experience. Friendly, happy service. Everyone was smiling, was nice to see.

Gone down hill. Rather a true bakery or coffee shop.

The lady in the till could use some smile correction cosmetic surgery. I think the managment has done a poor job to prevent racism. Had a rough day, was sad but now im broken by arguing about why it took a fast food chain like tim hortons to take a 15 mins for a fresh hashbrown. Had to eat the cold one as food should respected. Prayers to farmers.

The best Tim's coffee in Courtenay so far, it's always, fresh, hot and accurately made with the instructions. Great service by all team members. Efficient, friendly and respectful staff. Just love to park the truck and enjoy the coffee with whatever weather has to offer
