Tim Hortons

Don't know what happened to all of the Tim Hortons in the area but they are all always out of everything and the quality has gone down.

Not a well run location. Too many staff standing around doing nothing. Takes forever to get waiting on. And today.... I got a half dozen doughnuts. The server used a tissue to put them in the box, but I watched and she didn't cover her thumb, so her thumb touched every one of my doughnuts, right after handling cash. And she was not the least bit pleasant. I try to support this location, but I don't think I can anymore. I gave food two stars because the breakfast sandwiches are tasty and usually ready fast.

Figured I try this location as the farmington hills location is still terrible … same bad , rude service here

Girrrrrl !!!!! I ordered a #7, she asked "sausage or bacon", I said "sausage, and exchange the hash brown for a honey cruller"....I get to the window and pay $7.65 and ask "where's the coffee"? she says "you didnt order a coffee, you have to get back in line" (i'm the only one in line at that moment) she closes the window saying "you have to get back in line maam". I park and get out and the stand-in manager (so-called) says we didnt take a meal order we took the items separately, "I ordered a #7, when you ask sausage or bacon, you ask how I want the coffee" She says " that'll be $2.93 for the coffee" i'm like "oh so now i'm paying $10.58 for an order that's supposed to total $7.42". If I said "instead of a hasbrown make it a Honey cruller", how is it NOT A MEAL? Then she reluctantly says'I'll get you a free coffee, and it was Black when I take 2 creams, hands it to me then says "have a wonderful day"....Yeah well alittle late for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tsk....it's okay i'm on the phone with corporate!

Today I ordered coffee at around 11:20 - 11:35, it was terrible, taste like Pet Urine, need to know how that happened?

Terrible place. Not sure what’s going on but most of the time they are out of main items and wait to tell you after you order and go to pay. Ordered two turkey bacon club and they were out of bacon…they have like three options on the menu for lunch and they are out of a hot item. No apology just asking if I still want the sandwich without the bacon. I ordered a panini instead that tasted so terrible! Basically through 16 dollars down the drain for food I threw out. Never again!
