Perfect for morning sleepers

Visited this location on Good Friday. I was so happy to see they were not only open, but also in good spirits. Liz took our drive thru order with a cheerful attitude. The drinks were properly made and delicious.

Did not like here.

I don’t know how a simple tims order can become the most confusing and frustrating experience time and time again. Better yet, the new practice is not adding receipts inside the take out bags so you have nothing to refer back to later when there are problems. Beyond that, getting hung up on 3 times when trying to call the Holiday Inn store about the issues. Where did customer service go? Enough is enough I’m pulling the plug on this tims. Also, getting the drive thru window shut on my face after payment went through successfully was an extra bonus.
