I thought this Tim Hortons was supposed to be open 24/7. But got almost empty shelves just after midnight with little to no customer service by employees working in the overnight shift.

Garbage ! I paid 7 $ for a chicken noodle soup there wasn’t a single piece of chicken! So avoid this tim hortons

Ordered my crispy chicken craveable through the mobile app to get through the drive through and ended up getting called inside to get it and that too very rudely. I understand this is a minimum wage job but a job is a job probably they shouldn’t behave like this with their guests. Worst part is they didn’t even apologise. If it would have been busy I would still understand but it was dead and still you get this kind of customer service.

Caught the staff in a lie… I asked for my omelette bite to be extra heated because multiple times I have received egg bites that are COLD in the centre. The drive thru staff told me, yes we can do that. Then when I get up to the window two seconds later, they hand me an egg bite that clearly did not have time to be heated up. When I asked again, I was told first, yes we heated it up extra, and then, no we can’t heat it extra. WHY LIE THEN MULTIPLE TIMES. And of course, the egg bite was ICE COLD in the centre…
