Tim Hortons

I would never eat there. The girl that makes food, is always coughing and never covers up.

My daily walk by Tim’s is always like this! The city needs to do something with the traffic over following on the to street because of people being to lazy to go inside! Tim’s needs to be held accountable as well for this headache everyday. Either serve the drive thru way faster or take it away. There shouldn’t be a line of people on the road where people need to drive. The fact the line sometimes starts on the other side of the road is beyond me. There’s so much parking too between Tim’s and customers, this is beyond the worst tim hortons Food & service is trash, I had to stop going to this shop ages ago. Rather make my stuff at home and not wait 30 minutes. It’s great to see this place hasn’t changed and it’s just run by a bunch of 12 year olds & they buy google reviews, just look at the random 5 stars that have no comments

15 mins in line in store, 10mins for bagel, asked for refund because lunch was over. Unprofessional.

I am completely disgusted with your employee preparing food this morning ..date is Feb. 24th 2024 , at 7:35 am..i was waiting for 15mins for a farmers wrap. I noticed the woman clearing all the orders and was still waiting in my wrap. So as shewasjust standing there doing absolutely nothing, I spoke up. All i said I'm still waiting on a farmer's wrap . She was extremely rude ,and ignorant . Tried telling me I didn't order one.... i said that' was because she cleared all the orders..called me ignorant and rude just for stating I'waiting on a wrap. I sorry but I did not get rude until she decided to insult me . Definitely NOT a person that should be in customer service ..there will define complaint made to corporate . What horribe encounter . I was so disgusted I just walked out without the rest of my combo. She should be more proffessionals in front of other people.
