My recent visit to Tim Hortons was disappointing. I was charged twice for my coffee, received the wrong order, and encountered a dismissive attitude from the staff when I raised my concerns. These mistakes and poor customer service left me frustrated and unlikely to return. Tim Hortons needs to improve its operations and staff training to ensure better experiences for customers in the future.

The perfect position for Timmy's is thus ruined by bad management and poor judgment when it comes to employment strategy.

Xtra vanilla is 50 cents per shot I been buying large vanilla iced coffee for years and now is 50 cent per shot after they told me is 50 for 4 more shots that's insane Plus they charge 5% etra tax on top of the 13 % tax This is wild
