I ordered a medium sized Dark Roast & 30 pieces of Timbits for takeout. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The staff member who served me, also functioning as the cashier, handled the Timbits with bare hands and no gloves. This lack of hygiene left me concerned, especially during these times when cleanliness and safety are crucial. Despite my discomfort, I chose not to create a scene. However, I couldn’t bring myself to eat what I had bought. It’s essential for food establishments to maintain proper hygiene practices, especially when handling items that customers consume directly. I hope this feedback helps improve their service and ensures better food handling practices in the future.

For the service I got when I got my food was great however, the service when I politely asked if they could unlock the bathroom for me was not great. I am literally like almost 33 weeks pregnant. I asked the woman Excuse me sorry interrupt could you possibly open the bathroom for me please she said somebody was in there so I just politely let her know I said I I know I saw that guy leave the bathroom could you possibly open it please She then returns my politeness with yeah well you’re gonna have to wait a minute ma’am I’m dealing with my customers and there’s like two or three people waiting for their coffee And I get that, but like I really didn’t like the tone she used and like I am not going to pester you that hard about needing a bathroom, unless I absolutely need it I informed her I was like you know what that’s fine I’m just gonna go and find another place to go to the bathroom. Meanwhile, I have my food in my drink in my hand as well and I explained to her I said look I’m like almost 33 weeks pregnant I don’t have a second to wait to use the bathroom. I have a 5 pound human being on my bladder. At that point all of a sudden, she was very polite and apologetic when, in the beginning of our conversation, she was extremely dismissive So I ended up having to leave with my food that I purchased from the location and my coffee and hand and run to Boston Pizza on the other side in order to be able to use a bathroom because I’m not even kidding. I was literally ready to pee my pants because every time I need to go to the bathroom I end up getting Braxton Hicks contractions so it makes it 10 times worse. As much as I understand that she was dealing with making coffees for other customers, she could’ve been way more polite to me asked me if I was able to wait a second to see how much of a level of an emergency it was I can understand if she didn’t notice I was pregnant there is a counter there but that’s why it’s important to be respectful to your customers

Always get my food and coffee quick and never have any complaints about the food. Always good when I go . Staff is always friendly

I visited this location today around 5 in the evening and the girl who took my order keeps on laughing while taking my order it was very unprofessional and she seems so irritated as if I have done something wrong to her.

Employees are very rude to their customers for no reason.
