Tim Hortons

The young kid that took my order tonight at the drive. Thru was beyond awesome. I did not get a receipt so I don't know what his name was. I was there at like 4 o'clock. They were not busy and this young kid was very calm and kind. I had questions about whether they could do something. And he had to tell me sadly that the hot chocolate machine was not working. Then I asked him what a coffee mocha was and he was very kind and explained it to me. Do you make great suggestions? And he was just very patient with me after a long day. It's just nice to have some good service.

Went right before closing, food was fresh, coffee great little bit pricey but everything is nowadays.

I would like to complement the manager. I think she was the manager. She was so soft-spoken and she knew her job and she led her crew very well. She even had time to tell me thank you and I’ll see you later. She is awesome. I’m so sorry I don’t know her name but I’m sure if I came back in there I would know exactly who she is beautiful lady.
