Cool place, nice bartenders, ok hookah and expensive, it gets aggressive crowd wise but no issues, vibes were on the positive side for the most part.

No longer called tilt, it goes by "Casa NYC". Good vibes, great atmosphere but a lil tight when overcrowded. Food was on point aswell as the drinks/hookah. Music selection . Deff will visit again
