It's been over eight years since I've inside a Tijuana Flats. The menu has evolved, but the atmosphere is very much the same. My beef and chicken burritos were perfectly stuffed & delicious, the better alternative to cooking at home. The kid's meals were as great as the adult. I'd bring the kids back individually for date nights.

Taco Tuesday is expected to be busy, and I can understand that. But I placed an order for 6:15pm pick-up at 5:45pm. I got there at 6:20pm, took forever to get someone's attention, then waited over 30mins before asking AGAIN about the order, just to find out it's sitting on the take-out shelf waiting to go. When I asked about my food it was 7:08pm. When I spoke to the "manager" all she said is "sorry, we are busy" come to find out she was only the "manager for the night", according to her. I asked who the general manager was, she turned around and pointed to another lady and said she's right there. I cannot believe you have a staff full of girls running back and forth and you are seeing the same people just waiting around, and you do not acknowledge them, or ask if they need help. Not to mention to get someone's attention you have to stop them in their tracks. I am just getting off work headed home to my kids, paying with my hard earned money and this is the service I get. How do you justify this?

Food was great. And the margarita was good also. But it wasn't the one advertised for $5.00. The lady didn't bother telling me it was $2 more. Just let it surprise me. Whatever.

First time ordering curbside pickup. I ordered at 5:00 pm. The app said 20 minutes for the order to be ready. I arrived at 5:21 pm and checked in that I had arrived. Immediately the app indicated that my order was completed. At 5:40 pm I went in to the restaurant to ask about the order. I showed them the order number and I was told it wasn't ready even though it showed me it was completed. I went back to my car and waited. At 5:55 pm the order was brought out. The order was correct but all the food was cold - the tacos were cold and soggy. The chips were all cold as well. I have been to this Tijuana Flats many times with no problems. I won't be doing curbside pickup again.
