My drink tasted like plain milk. Tapioca was pretty nice tho, tasted better than other places

As other reviews have said, drinks look nothing like the menu. Taro boba was flavourless and mostly just plain milk. Service was slow and unhelpful.

Best customer service, the staffs working there they are very respectful and they have the best boba in Sheffield .

was excited to try since it's the first uk branch and I do like the chocolate brown sugar boba ! the chocolate adds a nice sweetness and crunch to it but I'm a lil disappointed with their signature brown sugar boba. for a place that specialises in brown sugar drinks they don't really taste of much but plain milk tea other boba places in the area do a better job. staff are all great though served very quick and the store is a nice cosy place to sit in too :)
