awful taste, unfriendly staff

The crew barely speaks English. Non worthy drink wasted me 8 dollar

The drinks we get are always great, and the service is excellent! The staff is always super sweet!

The person behind the counter was nice. However, the jumbo boba just... did not feel or taste like the tapioca pearls we all know and love, or even anywhere similar.

The taste isn't as good as before. Customer service is also pretty terrible.

So disappointing. I asked for a taro smoothie boba drink and I asked the staff if they have if it, she said yes. But I got 50 percent milk and some cream and no taro Yall should’ve just been honest. Never again

I am no expert but this place is good. Update: they gifted me a milk roll today part of their special. Love this place.

The service is really poor here and young female cashier was really rude. I asked for a straw for my drink, and the answer she gives me is your drink doesn’t come with a straw. I saw her pour back the ice from my drink back to their ice bucket and it is disgusting.

Service was super bad. Disappointed. The lady with glasses was so rude and bad English. what I ordered was blown sugar milk foam combination with boba is too sweet in her opinion and i asked to put boba but she just kept said i cannot, cannot. What the hell.

The only reason I put 4 stars, is because they use paper straws. I get saving the environment, but I had how soggy my straw gets trying to enjoy my drink. They then switched to paper cups now. I can't see the pretty ribbons of brown sugar anymore. Their paper cups and paper straws makes the drink taste off and I always have to transfer it into a different cup to enjoy.

would not recommend mochi, texture is weird

As a Taiwanese, I love this brand back home. The Tigar Sugar at this location here however, does not worth a visit. Save your cash for somewhere else.

I've only ever gotten their signature boba (because I can't get enough of it), but I've gone back for it many times. It's never too busy, the employees are kind and amiable, and the service is generally quick. There's not really seating, which seems to prevent the place from getting over crowded. If you have a place you're planning on heading back to with your boba tea (and not planning on sitting somewhere in the shop), this is a great place to go

There is close to no seating, but a good amount of space. The customer service has only been good and great. Their signature drink is delicious. I haven't enjoyed Boba before, but this is a quality place. There are a few different sizes of pearls in the drink, and they're all pleasantly textured. I'm very happy to make this my go-to Boba place. Highly recommend.
