The manager, I believe his name is Jacob, was the kindest person I’ve ever encountered.
Came at 10:15pm. They close at 11:00pm. They were out of 85% of the cookies that were supposed to be on display. The associate stated that there weren’t any extra available other than what you see up front. This is literally a cookie shop. I blame it on laziness. Is this what this company represents? Also, they don’t take gift cards unless it’s for tips.
My favorite chocolate brownie. Best chewy texture.
Their cookies might be good too.
Update: Someone reached out to me about my experience. They refunded me, remade my cookies, and provided with a 15$ gift card. I went to pick up my remade cookies on 8.14.2024 at 7:00pm and they were freaking DELICIOUS! Thank you for making it right! I will be back sooner than later! The cookies didn’t even make it home. Changing my rating from 1 star to 5.
The service was standard, the young lady working there was just doing her job. But… I’d ordered my 6 cookies; 3 sugar, 2 sugar with m&m’s, and a double chocolate chip cookie. My husband took a bite of one of the sugar cookies and it had a blonde hair COOKED into the cookie. I live 12.4 miles away from this location, and needless to say I threw them all away and won’t be going back.
I love this place don’t get me wrong, but the delivery driver for this location is so reckless. Almost had a head on collision going south on Preston.
Delivery was great. Cookies were still nice and warm . I use them often
Used the new Lil elm location
I ordered via door dash at 9:57 it’s now 10:57 and I am still waiting tried to just cancel but apparently you can’t cancel …bad customer service
Worst customer service i’ve ever had in history if I could give this place 0 starts I would. I came in close to 10pm to grab chocolate chip cookies and a brownie the guy was in such a rush to take my order and ended up over charging me and charging me for extra brownies. When I asked to speak to the manger he said “I am the manager” and couldn’t figure out how to refund me what I didn’t receive. When I got to to the car all of the cookies fell out the bag because they weren’t tied properly. WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE.
I don’t know who dude behind the counter is but he does not like working with the public. Management, you really need someone in your store that cares about what people want and your current worker on Saturday afternoons ain’t it.
Thank you Tiff's Treats! The cookies were delicious my husband loved them! And were delivered on time & warm! I will always order from Tiff's! 😊❤️
Horrible customer service. I ordered via DoorDash. If you look at the reviews on DoorDash, everyone has the same experience. Cookies don’t arrive or arrive hours later. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until after I placed the order. They blame DoorDash but if you try to call Tiffs Treats, you sit on hold and never talk to a live person. I’ll never purchase cookies from them again. Quite a scam they’ve got going.
12/29 night- Cookies are delicious as always. Customer service, not so much. I frequent the Little Elm location and the customer service is phenomenal.
When my sister and I entered this location, the gentleman in the back did not speak. He proceeds to walk past 2x to find gloves and then asks with a straight face "what can I get you"...no greeting..not even a hi
He did wish a good night upon leaving
Caroline is a gem at this store! For the first time, I had issues placing an order online. However, I called and Caroline kindly helped me place the delivery order by phone. I never felt rushed during the conversation. She was more than happy to assist me during entire transaction including the message that I wanted for my recipients. Thank you for the great customer service! She deserves a bonus or raise because employees like her are hard to find. I will continue buying from this location. Thank you!
The cookies are just OK. Nothing special at all. I prefer Subway cookies over them. They’re cheaper and actually taste better.
Tiff’s treat cookies are a little too salty for me while Subway’s leans more sweeter. Tiffs treats cookies are also $1.75 ea cookie. while Subway’s cookies are $79 cents ea cookie.
I am no sponsor. This is just my honest opinion.
So, it’s just a no brainer to go elsewhere. It’s a sweet gesture if you want pretty presentation for a special occasion but if it’s for a quick snack. Subway wins in taste and price.
Service and atmosphere is impeccable though.
