Tianluo Bistro

I have a one year old who made a mess of dropping some rice and food on the floor while eating. The owner/manger was very upset about that and told me if my kid can’t eat food well then I shouldn’t take her out to eat. He also told me I should train and educate my one year old how to eat. It was a horrible and embarrassing experience for me!

Lettuce wraps and steamed dumplings for appetizers while steak and chicken sizzlers were fantastic. Massive portions, great environment.

Fantastic selection, amazing flavor and very friendly staff. Our go to restaurant.

Server was very rude and disrespectful to me when i misunderstood the menu, he stood there and berated me in front of my party of six other people, embarrassing me and making me feel lesser than and small, then took my menu before I could order something different because i no longer wanted what i initially asked for and ignored me when i tried to speak up to get the menu back. I left before they could take my money, not giving my money to someone that can't treat customers correctly, regardless of if the food is good or not.

Ordered the Hand Pulled Noodles and Walnut Shrimp. The noodles are under the House Specialties and does NOT have a spicy symbol by it. Other items in that section do not have a spicy symbol by them. They were covered in chili flakes and were spicy, I could not eat them. I informed the staff and they said they are in the spicy section of the menu. Nothing says that is the spicy section. The walnut shrimp was the worst! The shrimp were wrapped and a cakey dough. They were covered in honey mustard and topped with pecans! Absolutely awful! I asked for a refund because it was not walnut shrimp. Instead I got store credit and crab rangoons as compensation. The only thing I will go back for are the green onion pancakes. Otherwise, I will not return.

Restaurant was clean and nicely appointed with decorations. Food was authentic and service was great.

Literally writing the review from my booth because y’all need to come here! We got the hand pulled noodles, green onion pancakes, and sizzling beef and all three dishes were fantastic. I’m in a hurry to come back. The service was great and I would absolutely order everything again, but I probably won’t because I want to try more of the menu. (Sorry the pictures aren’t great but we had already started eating ‍♀️)
