La Waffleria is a breakfast and lunch cafe. We offer an extensive variety of both sweet and savory waffles and craft espresso drinks. Some of our more popular offerings are: Rancheros Waffle (eggs and red or green chile on a blue corn waffle), Lox Salmon Waffle, Brandied Cherry and Sweet Goat Cheese Waffle, etc... We do get very busy from Friday through Sunday. Please come early (8 a.m) on those days to avoid standing in line!
