We went in for lunch recently after having been a few times for dinner and we had a great time. We were told we could sit when we arrived but it would be about a 15 minute wait for service since there was only one server which was no problem at all. While we waited, we were given samples of the gluten free churros and soft pretzels which were so tasty We had Scott as our server so we knew it would be good service since he’s been our server a few times when we come for dinner. The food came out quickly and everything was really good (especially the schnitzel salad). Service was also great, as always, so we will definitely continue coming back!

We came here for dinner last night. It was AMAZING. The food was delicious, the atmosphere is so cozy and beautiful. Tess was our amazing waitress and she was so sweet and caring. We were warned at the beginning of the night that service would be slow because of two parties of over 20 people ahead of us, but the food came out immediately! Everyone who works there is super sweet and welcoming. Will definitely be going back!

I went to Thyme & Tonic recently. It was delicious! And a nice space. But: I went there today, waiting for 8-10 min to get a menu, and then another 10-12 min without a waiter ever showing up. The place was not quite full, but seemed there was only one waiter. I left. Hey T&T, get your act together on service. I want your restaurant to survive!!

Like the other person who posted today I believe I also got sick from here. I had the Sticky Asian chicken sandwich. Hopefully there weren’t many others who also fell ill. Only 2 out of the 7 of us got sick, we both had a fried chicken sandwich. It’s a shame because it was super exciting to find a GF place, and the food was delicious.

Disappointing. Had a reservation for 8 PM. Received a call that they were not going to be able to accommodate until 8:30. No problem - happy to be flexible. Get there at 8:30 and am told that my party has to sit at the bar and the kitchen won’t open until 9/9:10. Kindly asked to speak to a manager about at least sitting at our table even if we are waiting for the kitchen to open - especially after you have to pay 10 dollars per head ahead of time. Thankfully - got us seated. The drinks were good (though - out of a few items) and the atmosphere was solid. However, the food proved to be lackluster as well. Really uninspired vegan fare & also were told they were out of a number of items on the menu, too. Ultimately, this is NYC. There are great restaurants around the block. I’d recommend trying somewhere else until they can get the kitchen up to par & the service more professional.

As someone who has celiac, this place is fantastic for food. Not only is everything gluten free but the food tastes great. Apart from that though this restaurant is lacking. Lots of time waiting for service, even after making clear attempts to flag down a server. They also need to hire an interior designer, the neon lighting and red seats take away from the vibe and nothing feels cohesive inside the restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Great for celiac

I went for lunch and had a great time. The food was delicious and came out pretty quickly. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles, the onion rings and the soft pretzel. The best gluten free food I have ever had! Service was also amazing. Scott was incredibly helpful with handling our allergies and had the best cocktail recommendations. Really elevated the entire experience. Definitely going to come back to try the rest of the menu!

Beware! Got sick from this place! The flat piece of chicken on the waffles was disgusting and the waffles were soggy. Onion rings were drenched in oil. Received dirty plates and something black was floating in my water. The waiter did not ask if we were ok the whole time. Never eating here again. Complete disappointment and waste of money.
