Smelly glass was offered. I requested to change and they changed it. Tables are dirty. They just clean from top but the engraved design on the table is fully dirty. All the counters was empty and every time I have to call the waiters. They does different behaviour with foreign guests and Indian guests are ignored. Even reception will wish you good morning with sad face. Even roadside food shop has better hospitality. Just spoiled my day. I think they should learn from Marriott, ITC or Neotia group.
