We are a bakery that has been in the Springfield area since 2015. In 2020 we opened our sister restaurant (Biscuits + Brunch). As of October 1st 2022, we have merged the businesses under one roof and are officially one cohesive business; Three Twigs & Co. We are a walk in bakery, that also serves breakfast and lunch. As a restaurant & bakery, we are strictly counter service specializing in fresh, made to order, good ol’ fashioned cooking. In the summer months, we also have our house soft serve ice cream ONLY using dairy from Kilgus Farmstead. We are a family owned business who is all about the love for our community, the love for our faith, and the love for quality, made from scratch food & sweets.
