Brisket was dry and under seasoned, pork was dry. Service wasn't too bad. Their home made sauce is very good. I would try it again
Nothing was inherently bad. The barbecue bottles at the table being dirty was pretty gross. No seasoning in any of the food. Best feature was the tea with "citrus-seasoning".
The food was ok, But to take your daughter there for her birthday the food wasn't worth the price. To get the waitress to help is a joke we had to get up and ask for our drinks more then once.
My wife and I got the pulled pork plate. We didn't like the bbq. Tasted like it was cooked too long. Meat was tough and the edges were charred.
These folks know what they’re doing. Family run and operated, this is the real deal BBQ. Very kind and inviting staff. I got a tour of the smokers and a run down on the operations. The meats are delicious, and the sauce is 10/10! I’m a huge fan of East Carolina vinegar based BBQ sauce. The “zesty vinegar sauce”, they make is the most authentic, best of its kind, I’ve ever had. I hope they figure out how to mass produce it, and ship around the country. This is liquid gold! I also read through some of these reviews, and I feel like I have to point out how much this family cares and takes responsibility for what they offer. Anyone who started a restaurant a month into the pandemic and is thriving while dealing with all the hiring issues, and inflation, deserves credit where credit is due. Its not only due, but earned here!
Food was unimpressive and bland. When I go to get BBQ, I expect more than 3 meat options, especially when one of them is a bratwurst.
Great service, amazing food will definitely be back! Y’all check it out!
