It’s the worst experience ever, I ordered 35 pieces of boneless wings and paid 51$ but when I arrived home I found breaded chicken breast instead, I called and they told me to go back to fix my order but the manager tried to charge me again for new order and told me that how is their boneless wings look like and it’s my fault because I didn’t order the traditional wings. They are hustlers and the service something different from they have in their website menu, they provide the worst customer service.

Placed my order an hour in advance for 4:30pm waited over an hour after 4:30 when I arrived there. The chicken wings where so tiny just a tad bigger than a quarter they looked more like baby chick wings. Worst part is the wings were so small, the got my sauces wrong, the wings we cold and I pad $78.08 for tiny cold 50 pcs wings, 2 "large" fries (small portions) and a gallon of lemonade. Never again, this place was absolutely terrible.

I’ve frequented this establishment for at least 7 years. I decided to place a Super Bowl order ugh big mistake I ordered the 50 piece with two sides I opted for two sides of corn because salad wasn’t a option as stated on the postcard that I grabbed the week before from their location. When I went in it was steady I knew it would be so I arrived early I ordered. 12 oz ranch on top of what came with the wings. I was told this was right I had to turn around and go back to get two small ramekins Get home these wings look like something off a baby chick pitiful. Upon serving the corn taste just like the chicken. Definitely wasn’t cooked with love and they darn sure didn’t care about the food they sent out zero stars I won’t be returning They didn’t deserve the 20$ tip I left lesson learned I reached out to the manager/ GM/ owners and still didn’t receive a call. Says a lot about the establishment and how it’s ran no customer service whatsoever

Waited 40 minutes to hear the waiter tell me our food just hit the grill and he apologized for the wait and said he would get me a discount. Finally food comes out and my girl friends ordered ahe Asian wrap, she got some other wrap with peppers and ended up sick. I ordered turkey burger with bacon and cheese only. I received a turkey burger with no cheese, 2 tomatoes and bacon that needed another few minutes on the grill. They took it back and obviously laid a piece of cheese on the burger and melted it. Brought it back on same tray with same paper with pieces of tomatoe still on paper. We did hear the 2 waiters explaining to several other guest that they were sorry but they were working with new kitchen staff. I did tip my waiter because he did everything he could, but neither of us ate our meals but still received a bill. Not good customer service, and not a good valentines date.. Note, we go there often and never have issues.

My boyfriend took me here for Valentines dinner.,we have been here quite a few times always have had good service our food has came out quick and good tasting….this time we ordered and waited 40 minutes and still no food the waiter came and said they just put food on grill which I didn’t understand since the 3 people behind us in a booth that came 20 minutes after us got their food fast. When our food did arrive it wasn’t even what I ordered and my boyfriends turkey burger came with tomatoes and no cheese when her ordered no tomatoes and provolone cheese The waiter took his food back to get right and I was so hungry and didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes I said I’ll eat what I got…big mistake I ate half of the wrap but my stomach started hurting My boyfriend a burger came back on same tray and same fries which was cold they took tomatoes off but gave back same bun and through cheese on same burger. He ate a few bites We left. The waiter did give us a discount and a credit for when we come back but I didn’t even get all the way home and had to throw up. I was sick the rest of the night. I don’t think I’ll be going back which is sad because we enjoyed going

The tiniest wings around. Not only did I order ahead, but when I got there for my 4:30 pick-up time, I had to wait over an hour. The wings were tiny and cold. They got the sauces wrong.
