Lovely venue with a windmill onsite. Large, bright space inside & plenty of tables outside where dogs are welcome. The menu is limited, but they do what they do well, with fresh ingredients & portion sizes are generous. Staff members were helpful & pleasant. Cost was average with items below £10. My only criticism is the cost of soft drinks, which was £3.30 for a small bottle, but I find this is getting more normal & annoys me as someone who doesn't like hot drinks. I can get a 24 pack of cans for less than £10, so this cost feels excessive. However, it's the same everywhere. I would still recommend a visit if in the area & will go again. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a special, wide doorway into the main seating area from a level outside space. There is also plenty of external seating.
Lovely little place, great food and friendly staff, and there's a windmill
I can't believe I didn't know about this place. Stopped in during a 7 mile walk. The team were amazing - very friendly and fantastic service. I will be back for a cooked breakfast when I do a longer walk!!
My first visit, won't be my last. It was a very cold day, so didn't sit out, which is a shame because the views are vaste. Beautifully presented café, the cakes were good, with lots of gf options. There food that went past looked lovely and the coffee was good and strong. Dietary restrictions: GF options available
Great location and food. Nice staff.
