The Windlass

The site on which The Windlass sits has been central to Lake Hopatcong’s hospitality and entertainment industry since the 1800’s. Today, guests visit our airy dining room outfitted with a boat shaped bar, semi-open kitchen, and private party area - all overlooking beautiful Lake Hopatcong. During warmer weather, guests can dine al fresco under our waterfront pavilion or simply have a few drinks on our dockside gliders or covered porch overlooking it all. We welcome both visitors and devoted customers alike to spend some time at our beautiful location while enjoying one of area’s best food and beverage.
