The White Hart Hotel

Lovely hotel in Mortenhampstead. Enjoyed a new year break. I hope the new owners carry on the good work

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was fabulous, it was a Superior Room for a special occasion and it didn't disappoint. Dogs are allowed and there is no extra charge for them to stay. The hotel is in a perfect location to go off exploring on Dartmoor. Fabulous.

Great dog friendly stop off . Room 1 amazingly comfortable and superb water pressure. Breakfast was included in our rate it was lovely. WiFi worked even though a village location. All staff friendly and professional. We had supper too and Frank ( our dog ) was welcome to sit under the table. Food was good. Wine prices very reasonable. We will be back on our next trip to Cornwall . Food & drinks: Great brekkie. Good restaurant for evening meal. Dog friendly hotel lounge plus locals pub/ bar

First class stay at The White Hart again! Immaculately clean, superb customer service, great quality food and drinks at fantastic value for money. Highly recommended in every way. Rooms: Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nearby activities: Great base for walks and the village is wonderful too. Safety: Great. Walkability: Loads of unspoiled walking on the doorstep. Food & drinks: Great quality and value.

Parking not great ( as I have trouble walking) otherwise we had a lovely weekend here and would go again.
