The Whistlestop

Went out for a coffee with the Dog. Never been before but thought we would give it a try. Was amazing as we got to see the steam train on arrival and was greeted by really friendly and welcoming staff. Was allowed to take out dog inside the carriage. The coffee was excellent . I didn't take a pic of the bacon butty because it was soo good. Dog even got a puppachino .

Wish i had time to visit more I love this little quirky cafe on edge of heywood train station which was definitely needed. Staff always friendly, good variety on the menu, clean and nice when the trains come in. In warmer weather can sit outside, and colder weather inside

Andy is the best serving team member i gave ever come across . So easy going . And understanding . U have respect for him . Hope i see him next time

Great breakfast

We popped in whilst waiting for the train in to Bolton. The food and staff were fantastic. Highly recommended.

Small cafe in converted railway carriage on station platform. Small selection of cakes and snacks with wider choice of hot and cold drinks. A sheltered area to await the trains arrival
