Looking inside we noticed there was no other customers so we thought we would take advantage. Shortly after I started to feel like I was in the Twilight zone, " where are the people?" I asked my wife. We did not opt for pancakes, but dinner food. The server was fine. The food was not. Macaroni and cheese was hilarious, I took a bite and began to laugh from shock. Completely tasteless. As was the burger and the gyro. It cost a small fortune. As a family we will always remember The Pancake Factory as desolate, soulless, and tasteless.

Loved every last bite of the "Strawberry Nutella Waffle" weekly special with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon. Support this business!

Food was overpriced and not prepared properly. Service was bad and there was little to no other customers

First time there today. Amazing food! Will definitely be back!
