The Venues at the Factory is a hidden gem for the bridal and corporate event community. The flexibility of their space, the lounge/bar, and the staff is spot on. The "bones" of the building and space made for an instantly modern, but intimate, environment. 10/10 recommend!

Wow, what an amazing venue! From the historical brick walls & windows to the greenery wall & wine barrels, this venue had so very much character! The venue really captures the essence of Manchester's history, coupled with the modern touches you need to run a successful event! Marlana Trombley was amazing to work with, super professional, fun, and detailed!!! Our Fundraiser was a hit and we will definitely be back for years to come! This is Manchester's coolest venue by far and there is a distillery onsite too!!!
We had the best experience at The Gardens at the Factory! We are a non-profit and were hosting a fundraiser for 115 people. The GATF team was so friendly, creative, and accommodating to all of our needs. Lisa (the sales director) responded right away to my initial inquiry, emailed over useful information and made the online booking process very easy. Tom (the events director) met with us beforehand and made sure we thought of everything we might need. When I had a bit of technical difficulty setting up my projector, he solved it. When extra extension cords were needed for our percolators, he produced them. He and his team helped rearrange tables before the event exactly to our liking and helped guide parking at the start. The room looked beautiful on it's own with its industrial chic vibe, and we were able to use the 10 wine barrels they had on site to display auction items. The table options were plentiful, the restrooms easily accessible, and the kitchen quite large. There was various set up options and ways to use extra space as well. We used the grotto as a coat room (they offered a coat rack with plenty of hangers) but it's a lovely room right off the main space that can be used in various ways. Our event went off without a hitch and the guests were very impressed by the venue. It's a gem of Manchester!
