Our mission is to invite you into a warm, familiar neighborhood space where you can enjoy food inspired from the world around us. Food and drinks made with fresh, wholesome ingredients to share with you; our neighbors, friends and family. The Union represents a coming together of different food ideas that Chef/Owner Sastry has collected from his extensive travels around the world and from working in several well-known establishments here in these United States and in India.
