The Tin Hut Cafe

Visited The Tin Hut Cafe twice on our visit to the Peaks! Absolutely loved it here! Great food, great coffee and super friendly staff! Dog friendly too! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Really good food and lovely people

The Tin hut is an absolute gem! I'm lucky to work nearby, so I can eat here a few times every week. I've tried most places in Bakewell and the food here really is the best by quite a long way. Quality ingredients and everything is well made. My usual friday bacon sandwich is always a real treat - on lovely fresh soft bread. My favourite is the Huevos Rancheros, I could (and probably should) eat it for every meal. Todays special of spiced lamb flatbread with garlic potatoes was bloody brilliant. This isn't the usual tourist trap place we have in the peak district that sells fancy looking but mediocre food, It's genuine really good food! I just wish they'd open on Saturday too!

The Tin Hut Cafe provided the most amazing selection of food for our Mum's surprise birthday party. It all went down a treat with our guests and everyone commented and how lovely it all was. The choice was great, the service fantastic. They were super helpful prior to the event, and very accomodating for all dietary requirements. 100% recommend and 100% recommend you definitely order the Tiffin!! That was delicious. Thank you for helping make our Mum's 60th birthday so special.
