The Three Legged Cross

We are frequent visitors to The Three Legged Cross for an evening meal with drinks. The meals are usually very tasty and the table booking is easy to book on line on the Vintage Inn App.

Party for a baby shower Saturday lunch…food superb and service wonderful, attentive but not encroaching. Would recommend and will revisit for sure.

So rare to find aomewhere that serves outstanding food, has excellent service and is dog friendly! Dogs can be inside. Lovely atmosphere, nice and spacious. I had the Seabass and king prawn and my husband had the lamb. Will definitely be back!

The food was really good, and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! However as we had saved up to celebrate my husbands birthday and we put an extra £6 on the bill for a “tip”! So very very disappointed to hear that we got slagged off when we left saying that the waiter wasn’t impressed as we didn’t leave a big enough “tip”!!! Very very upset and disappointed by his response!!!

What a stunning pub with a lovely atmosphere. Service and food excellent couldn’t fault it. Can’t wait to go back highly recommend!!!

I had an afternoon meal and drinks for 2 here in April. A little out of the way, unless you are driving. I was able to get an Uber there and also one back to Boscombe, but YMMV. The outdoor seating is dog and child friendly, and indoor seating is cozy with various seating options depending on your group size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food prices are neither cheap nor too expensive and the fish and chips with mushy peas were delicious. The wait for the food was a tad long even though not super busy, but good chance to enjoy a drink. The window spot all the way to the right when you enter is highly recommended when the sun is shining. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
