Ordered a single tea and they took longer and 25 minutes to serve it.
Of all their locations I've been to, this one is the worst. They were running out of everything (it was 3pm). Barely any boba in my drink and barely any chicken in my order. Not coming back. It also took them forever to bring both out in the first place.
The owner made it right when the staff dropped the ball.
Coffee should not take 15 minutes when there’s 5 workers in the back and no customers. I had to ask if my coffee was ready for them to panic and realize they never even started on it. Poor service, I’ll stick to other places
usually a big fan of this place. go tos are mango cream blend or taro cream tea. however, disappointed in the reward system/app. i was excited to use a birthday reward i was saving just for it to randomly expire during the day. there’s no time on the expiration so it’s assumed (like every other reward system companies have) that the reward would expire when the place closes or x/xx/xx at 11:59pm. that cashier said he could see it on the screen in my rewards and there wasn’t anything he could do about it and just overall didn’t care. pretty disappointed because i frequent this place a lot and was excited. i would love to see an updated app and reward system so i can actually use my rewards. hopefully next time i use a reward it won’t disappear on me randomly at 6pm.
This teahouse is a double-edged sword. On one hand, they truly excel in their core product: tea. The selection is vast, the quality is high, and I received my tea within 10 minutes. However, the food side of things falls flat. The menu, while offering a variety of options, suffers from a one-note seasoning scheme. Every dish seemed to echo the same flavor profile, leaving me wanting more complexity. To make matters worse, the wait for food was significant. While the tea service was prompt, it took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. This delay, coupled with the lackluster flavor variety, detracted from the overall experience. The disorganization of the staff added another layer of frustration. While friendly, they seemed to be running around a bit aimlessly. In conclusion, this teahouse is a great place to unwind with a superb cup of tea. But if you're looking for a satisfying meal to accompany it, you might want to consider grabbing a bite elsewhere beforehand.
When I walked in, It was full of decorations. But crazy loud, and else it didn't take long for my order. Delicious milk Boba plus people keep saying they Boba. Bubbles are not cooked, but when I tasted my Boba, it was perfectly cooked and ready. People keep lying.
Usually love this place, but whoever was working this morning could not make a drink. The tapioca in mine was not cooked all the way and was like hard and my boyfriends drink which was supposed to be sweet just tasted like unsweetened tea. While he were there someone else brought their drink back because it wasn't right either. Probably should not have people working until they are trained because myself and whoever else had a drink made this morning wasted money.
I had this unique Taiwan.oineaplle drink. It was amazing. Come to the Teahouse on Yale St
