BRAND NEW OWNERS. PLACE IS TRASH NOW!!! Wow. What a horrible experience. Never opened on time. The food was NOT good. To the point I didn’t spend my $30 a day given from Hilton. Miso soup was room temp because they didn’t turn on the warmer. The Hawaiian beef was gross pot roast mixed with kimchi. Rice wasn’t cooked. Pasta salad had no flavor. While in there multiple other complaints. People got up and just walked out. Literally out of everything. Kept blaming it all on a change of ownership. What a shame. It used to be so so so so good. What I was looking forward to on my most recent stay. Walk a block down the street to LTH. What a honest disappointment.
I absolutely love this Korean Hawaiian fusion bar and restaurant! The unique combination of flavors was a delightful surprise. The ramen is great and the Hawaiian plates are good. The ambiance was fantastic, with a perfect blend of the old switchboard and the new Hilton. The attentive staff and excellent service added to an overall wonderful experience. I highly recommended stopping in and having a cocktail. The Dirty Dolphin (espresso martini) from Hailey is amazing. Update: I wish they kept the garlic shrimp. And they no longer have ramen, beef ribs, the spicy chicken sandwich.
The food was great. Overall the restaurant was small but the food was great! I enjoyed the beef gravy. Literally, I will dream about the fried rice toknight. The espresso Martini was so good!
It's a cool space. I loved how they preserved some of the historic architectural features. The novelty of checking out the interior wore off over the fifty minutes we waited for our food. In that time they never checked on us to see if we wanted more drinks or to apologize for the long wait. I held out hope that the wait would be worth it. Alas, my Hawaiian plate looked and tasted like old leftovers - old hard rice, old macaroni salad, slimy egg white. Seeing that my food was mostly untouched, the waitress cleared the table without saying a word. Never again.
I Love The help there Stephen is my favorite always very helpful w explaining the menu and deciding on what drink too great service from all
My neighbor told us that the food here is good. So we went for brunch place an order for French toast. After an hour, we approach the waitress and said, where is our French toast.? The waitress said I’ll be about 15 more minutes because the kitchen was backed up. There were only 10 people in the restaurant. So if you’re hungry, dont come here I can’t tell you if the food is any good because I never got it. The coffee on the other hand was top-notch.
Hadn't caught this was a hotel restaurant/bar but that's fine. Much of the menu they were out of or things were discontinued but new menus hadn't been printed, which meant I couldn't get my first choice. Had a "What Happened" and Beef Bulgogi Hawaiian plate. The drink and food were very tasty. Service was very slow, though. My group wasn't in a hurry, but we did a lot of just waiting.
