I visited here with a friend on a Thursday lunchtime just after Easter. Second time eating in Addingham, but first time at The Swan. Village establishment that reminds me of the simple rural pubs that could be found in agricultural communities prior to the 1980s, before "the country pub" started to become "themed" as an overly-curated concept. Food (burger with chorizo and blue cheese) was excellent and reasonably priced, and the whole menu looked full of interesting possibilities that I will work my way througn on future visits. The Brazilian fish stew will probably be next on the list. Highly recommended
Lovely traditional Cosy pub with open fires and exceptional Chips!
Great village pub. Really friendly staff. Beer choice and quality was very good. Food was very good quality and value. We had the burger and veg lasagna. Would definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: Decent variety of veggie options
This was absolutely delicious and a wonderful experience. We arrived 25 minutes before our booking and our table was ready for us next to a simmering fireplace. We had the steak and ale pie (highly recommend), the burger, and two kids meals that were enjoyed. A wonderful place to visit for dinner after riding the Polar Express at Bolton Abbey.
I live in Spain and work in Africa, my family live in Addingham and Ilkley and there's nowt better than eating in the Swan, one of my favourite pubs in the world! The food is 200% can't recommend it enough!
What can I say? First class experience for my first time dining or drinking here. Had a Christmas dinner here and it was excellent! Service was so good, on time and cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Low lighting, wood fire, good beer
