The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious, would highly recommend. Also very good with children, so nice to have a family friendly restaurant :)

Wonderful food. I had the belly pork and it was cooked to perfection. I also nicked some of my wife's chips and they were tasty and crispy. She loved her burger. Service was excellent and the owner very friendly. Recommended.

Relaxed, cosy and quiet on a rainy day in March. Vegetarian options: The best salad I’ve had in years.

Had a great meal on Saturday evening. Lovely welcome. Nice bar and restaurant. The service and food was amazing. Pork belly and Beef ribs. The puzzling thing was we were the only 3 people there between 7 and 9 on a Saturday evening. I feel that with the right advertising and patronage by the locals, it would be one of the best options for a meal out in the area. We will definitely recommend and will be returning soon.

2 roast dinners , one drink each, one wine , one lemonade, £47.45 Beef inedible, no refund Lamb dinner was OK to be honest. No atmosphere, dead. I will be going elsewhere in future for Sunday roast dinner, NOT here

We attended on a January Wednesday, so it was obviously quiet but the fire and the food was fantastic. Dog friendly too. Great place for food and a drink

Had set Christmas lunch, very reasonably priced , food was great, service was quick and efficient.... Venue a bit tired though ..

Such a shame this lovely venue, is so quiet (only 4 others there all night) they deserve to be busier.
