Unfortunately a really poor experience! I wouldn't recommend going here if you have any food intolerances or allergies - the people serving have no idea what ingredients are in the food. As I was placing my order I checked about my nut allergy to see if the food I wanted was okay, the server had to go back and forth to the kitchen several times to check and each time I had to wait back in the queue, so this made me feel like a real inconvenience and that the other customers were more of a priority, even though they hadn't finished serving me. It's such a shame as I was hoping that as an award winning bakery, the service should have been better and the staff should be more prepared to serve people with food allergies. Dietary restrictions: Very limited food options for people with allergies or intolerances.

Great bread and cakes etc but way too many dogs inside for my liking considering how much fresh food is around!

Excellent bakery. Well worth a visit. You pay a bit extra but the quality is 100% so definitely worth it. Even managed to get a parking spot in their carpark

A victim of it's own success, not enough seating and always queues to get served, cakes and portions are too big but guess that justifies the prices .
