It's a bit expensive but worth it for a one time trip for a 7 year old. It's geared towards young ones, under 6, I would say. Still was fun to learn about all the oxford authors.

Good Place to spend 90-120 minutes with 5+ years of age kids. The library section was most fun and exciting for my daughter. The whispering woods have good selected stories as well. The climate change stories in section 2/3 could be more engaging if facilitated well. Treasure hunts were not well organized, all items were placed in one bucket. Climate change messages could be more engaging with children than just telling a message.

A nice experience overall! Perfect opportunity for a class day out or children party day out. A bit underwhelming for the hype but ok.

Wow! We had a wonderful visit to this hidden gem. My kids (9 & 11) absolutely loved it. The staff were helpful and entertaining, the set up was great and the themed areas were magical. When booking I felt it was quite expensive, but after our visit I can see the money is used wisely to keep visitors happy. We will definitely return as a full family visit next time.

Not really something that's worth the steep admission fee if you're not taking children.. There's a couple of interesting things to see but engagement for adults really limited.

This is a lovely museum to take kids. It's small and well thought out, with interactive stories, a great "ant hunt" and lots of hands-on activities. The lion, the witch and the wardrobe was my personal highlight! I don't recommend the video/show experience. It says from 5 years up, but there was nothing to interest the 5yo with us. An older child loudly stated it was boring too (and I struggled to disagree)! It felt like they had tried to knit together an adult documentary about Oxfordian writers with various little kids programmes. Such a shame!

Incredible waste of time and money for anyone older than 4 years old.
