The Stilwell restaurant is located inside Loews Kansas City Hotel, in the heart of downtown. The Stilwell name is a nod to The Stilwell Oyster Car, the iconic Pullman car that delivered oysters to Kansas City’s City Market in the late 1800s. Featuring menu items for the simplest of palates and culinary thrill seekers alike, with signature dishes like Whipped Goat Cheese, a special take on Clam Chowder, Pork Belly with Kansas City’s own Tom’s Town BBQ sauce and Apple Cake accompanied by local Hemme Brothers cheddar ice cream. The restaurant has an open concept with direct views into the kitchen and of the Kansas City skyline. The Stilwell also has two private rooms to accommodate large parties or those looking for private dining options.
