The Sixteenth

customers are pigeons. Having an apartment in Playa Paraiso, I regularly come to show friends the rooftop. Sunday May 19, we came, we drank a bottle of gin, cocktails, etc. My friend orders a first round of shooters for €16, then a second round. When the shooters arrive, he puts a shooter on the side, and says it will be for the waiter who is celebrating his birthday today. They pay and realize that he is paying €26.50. he goes to the server to tell him that there is an error. the waiter told him “no, you told me to charge for an extra drink for the waiter’s birthday”, even though he understood very well. I'm really disappointed because usually this waiter is always pleasant but today he convinced me not to come back to the rooftop. he could very well have apologized or given another drink instead but we are really suckers worth paying. Here is a photo of the waiter in question, a photo from another day, the day we left him a €10 tip. It seems like yesterday he charged it himself.

Beautiful views but drinks are expensive

Amazing sunset view but that’s it. Staff is sometimes friendly, depending on who is serving you. Cocktails are INSANELY expensive (16 euros) and not that good.

Great view, but like the rest of the Hard Rock hotel service and drinks are hit and miss.

Fui con amigos para ver la puesta de sol y la verdad que fue de 10. Buena música y buen ambiente. El staff súper atento, profesional y divertido. Jesús nos trató de lujo y nos hizo pasarlo genial. Y sus compañeros Oscar, Oliver y Alessia también muy majos. Volveré seguro.
