Our bakery is low in sugar and oil, thus retaining the healthy aspect of typical breads. However, its recipe has been adapted to suit the unique tastes and preferences of Asian consumers. With the use of natural yeast, grains and dried fruits, the bread becomes soft, moist, exceptionally fragrant and many surprises in terms of its taste.
