Had room in the annexe Less luxurious than the main building but clean, quiet, and comfortable . The hotel is well situated from Leicester City centre , with buses leaving every 20 minutes. However, Rothley is a lovely village of its own with a choice of pubs and a few restaurants, lovely green spaces and friendly people. Less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The wine selection was good value. The food was average. I had the lamb shank which could have been cooked for longer to have it falling off the bone. If staying at the hotel you receive a 20% discount on the food. The restaurant could do with a refurbishment. Clean but faded.. Service at the hotel reception, bar and restaurant were excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive.
Me and my wife had our wedding here 20th April. First of all I would like to thank Everyone there. The staff were very attentive, and nothing was too much. They made us feel relaxed and welcomed. All of our guests had an amazing day and night, and the breakfast in the morning was beaut! Thank you again, for an amazing wedding at a gorgeous venue location.
Spot on for a nice quiet drink in the garden.
Lovely place, very historic and pretty. Nice and peaceful. The service from the staff was nice. The room was adequate but too warm for my liking. The heating was on high, so it was turned off and window open The phone signal was nonexistent unless you stood in the car park. Internet was hit and miss. Will definitely be back when working in the area
Food & drinks: Excellent food
Came in and was greeted by a blue haired girl! Big smile . Phone was ringing non stop and she was doing check ins, a lot for one young lass. Went into the bar and Dave was lovely, brought my tea over to me. Will certainly be back - I’d recommend the fries for a snack
Had a fantastic stay at Rothley Court. Staff very accommodating and food and service highly recommended
